Shortie of the Week: New Personalized Ocean Mugs for Kids
A little shortie this week!
I’ve been working on a small collection of personalized ocean mugs for kids, and these five little sea friends are some of the designs I created this week.
There’s a turtle, a seahorse, a baby seal, a mermaid and a dolphin-and-turtle design — and each mug can be personalized with a child’s name.
And with Christmas slowly making its way onto my design calendar, I couldn’t help thinking how cute these would be as little personalized gifts. Not just for Christmas, either. They would also make a sweet birthday or back-to-school surprise.

A Cute Little Gift Idea
One little gift idea I love: don’t give the mug empty.
Fill it with a few tiny surprises chosen especially for the child — colored pencils, cute erasers, stickers, wrapped candy, a tiny toy or even a little handwritten note.
For Christmas, you could fill it with a few stocking-stuffer-sized treats and wrap the whole thing in clear gift wrap with a pretty ribbon.
For a back-to-school gift, try pencils, fun erasers and stickers. And for a birthday, simply fill it with a few of their favorite little things.
Add their name to the mug, fill it with a handful of surprises, and suddenly a simple gift feels much more personal.
